I am not looking for a chat room... i am looking for a 1on1 support program where users can contact me and other support specialists and provide live support!

also, if possible when you post you opinion on a program, if it has a crack/serial/keygen and it is CLEAN please post a link aswell... also include a virus scan (if OCFH), if torrent make sure to state.

Why don't you try OS ticket or phponline ? it is free and easy to setup and use.

Yeah exactly, I had stumbled upon once long ago, I don't remember its name but it was a free PHP script.
You can definitely find something similar to it
